Oh goodness! I am so guilty that I haven’t been blogging for so damn long!!!

People asked me why haven’t I blogged for so long. My answer (as well as many others out there) would be, “I don’t have the time!!”.

Shyt, and Boss says I am wrong. I should make time for it.

Looking at my memory card, I have so many over due photographs. All of these could have been chronicled in this blog of mine. Moreover, I am paying for my blog host every month and I am not even the least utilizing it :(

But anyway, Christmas is here again! I wanted to ask Carlos, my PH colleague to come by Malaysia to celebrate Nuffie Xmas dinner together. So I was digging out my old archives of the  Xmas celebration we had last year, so as to tempt him!

Then to my realisation, I really really really had so much fun last year. It was really one of my best years, one of my best Christmas spent. Not forgetting, the blog also serves as my journey in Nuffnang. I started  the very first day Ming hired me. That means, hooray! I have finally sustained a blog for more than a year and what’s better? I am still happily working in Nuffnang! Double Hooray!!

Anyway, let’s take a look at this pic! This is the pile of X’mas pressies we had last year with the MY + SG Nuffies. It has always been our tradition and I am sure it will always be.. 10 years down and counting..

To think of how much Nuffnang Team has grown (esp MY), I guess this pile u see above is just gonna double up this year! Christmas has never been so meaningful to me before, and now it has a total important significance to it.

I’m pretty excited tho. I wonder who will be my secret santa!! I promise I will blog about it again! :) )

There are some Malaysia Nuffies in mind whom I hoped they will be my recipents! Tsk, tsk, we shall see!

Kenny suggests that I should post short entries, but frequently. Rather than long entries, yet once in a blue moon.

So wassup with me lately? I am in a ride. It is called the  Roller Coaster Ride of Life. The tram is moving at a really slow pace, moving upwards to nothing (no clue of what is going to happen next) and at the same time, boring.

Nothing seems to be happening in my life, everyday I am just moving on with a standard set of things that I had to do. So much that I felt like I needed a change. And there I am searching for that problem and if I could find it, I want to solve it.

    Maybe a dog could help?

Things that I can do with a dog:

    1) Walk the dog

    2) Pick up his poo

    3) Play with it

    4) Sleep with me when Kenny’s not around

    5) Bring him out during the weekends

    and the list continues..

And maybe a companion to Kofie ey?

I am still owing Boon a birthday pressie. Sorry brudder, cash tight lah! But I’ll make sure I get him one before my birthday so that he has got no reason to not give me mine! HA!

So, 21st birthday, how did you celebrated yours? Was the entire, ’21st’ birthday thing so hyped up that you just felt like getting it done with a dinner, or maybe a getaway. I planned to have a getaway session with some of my friends, but due to busy schedules lately, I simply have not executed any plans yet. Elaine, how!?!

Not sure if it is a good or bad thing that my birthday falls on a public holiday?

Last Saturday I had a gathering. Sometimes people just only gather during special occasions. Thanks to Boon’s birthday, I get to meet some old faces. Have they changed? Not a single bit. Neither do I, I guess.

Seriously we don’t look like we are 21. More like 18. I kept on telling Kenny of the benefits i have looking young, self persuading myself that it’s actually great to look young.

    Cheers to adulthood!

I had 3 glassful of shots and before was the usual kind of whisky, followed down by a mixture of housepour and black label. I don’t even know why I did that, I’d mistaken the housepour for sprite. EW!

And you know what my camera does best? – Camwhoring. It has this rotatable screen, good for various angles of capturing and of course, you can self-take! But one issue is, it is heavy to hold it steadily with one hand.

And my hair is so cooperative! Covers my jaw bone so well!

The more I’m writing this post, the more I felt that I’m writing a bimbo post. To cut the story short, we celebrated CBB’s birthday in the ‘highest’ and ‘happiest’ way it could be.

But all the ‘highness’ poof-ed during  our way back home. The cab drive literally knocked down a Trishaw with a passenger, right in front of four-eyed sight!. I bet he is even more drunk than I am! What I could remember was the Angmoh demanding the cab driver for compensation and said,” I am the rich man with the brief case, he (pointing to the old trishaw guy) is the poor man, pay him”. Something like that lah. Minor accident, cause that guy could still walk.

    What a night!

We have probably not imagined Blog Awards could be so tedious.

Now that most people have known, we are in the nomination stage of the awards. Sorting hundreds of blogs could be a laborious job, not to even mention we need to specfically seive & read through one by one.

Soon we will be proceeding smoothy into the voting stage where judges will come in to critic, pin-point and mark down their scores. Beforehand preparations are something we must highly take note of, also to think ahead of what we predict might happen. Particularly, this is our first Awards.

It’s gotta be BIG. GRAND AND PRESTIGIOUS!

Today seems like any other day, just that if we were late, our boss did not happen to scold us. Haha, maybe cause it is a Saturday. A flip at the agenda book, we seems to have lots undone! So the weekends came in to remind us that time is slipping by, quicker and quicker.

Each of us were in-charged of various categories for profiling. We have not read blogs as much compared to these few days, until we might be even scared of reading one.

Elaine, who looked through the Food Blogs felt hungrier by every min before lunch. The tantalizing and attractive photos definately make her stomach growl!

Thanks to Ming, her hunger was fufilled as we ordered Sakae Delivery to the office!

Sashimi + Wasabe is my love!!! You know one of my favourite food now :) (Ming was playing some weird India comedy sitcom while we gorge the yummy sushi.)

Heavy lunch, heavy eyelids. I guess we need some stretching and lazing around, haha!

    That’s Elise! Nice figure eh?

Elise felt that it is TIME. Time for her to settle down and nurture kids. That is the after-effect of gazing through so many Parenting Blogs! Haha!

And for Huiwen, she said she was annoyed. Annoyed by Travel blogs with Pandas. Annoyed that whereever she goes, she sees Panda! Even can spot baby Panda on TV! Oh well, what a Panda day for her!

For me, the Geek Blogs made me splurge today. You know, gadgets are expensive, cool gadgets are doubled! Geek Blogs + Comex 2009 = Temptations and Squander.

If you have been following my tweets, you could have realised that I am itching for a DSLR. JUST itching.

You see, its a chain of reaction. Kind Judd after realising my interest, started to spark a convo with me on cameras. He said Carlos is a pro user and knows a lot. So the next day Carlos and I were talking about cameras. He showed me fantastic photos and the itch grew more than just an itch. And just so happen, an event surfaced. Comex is a bitch I must say. My uncle worst. He ‘LURED’ me to Comex cause he needed my help to choose a laptop.

This evening halfway through my work, I took a haitus and went off to check out Comex. Seriously not the place I would want to go. Crowded and messy. But it is the superb place if you know of something you want to buy outta there!

There, there, it is, the mouse trap. Huge yellow booth with gigantic black words stated, “NIKON”. How would someone missed that!? The devil says, “No harm checking out the price right”? And so I did.

    End of story.

BUT NO! It doesn’t just stops right there! I said I need to consider, so I went back office, sat down and TRIED to continue my work. It disturbs me sooooooooooooooooooo much that I decided, let me just have a crazy moment. What a great excuse right..

The fucking impatient me went back to Suntec again. So this is the real ending.

Presenting you my love, Nikon D5000, great for entry users!!

I know, I’ve got SO MANY THINGS TO LEARN! It is just lovely to see those great pictures, a feeling in my heart I couldn’t explain verbally.

Here are some photographs we took while playing with it. (Kenny is more excited than me, I don’t know why)

Nothing much to take at home. (Pardon my noobness!) Omg and seriously my fake lashes are really obstructing my focus view big time! But I’m still not ready to sacrifice them off!!

This camera is how I started loving photography. I wouldn’t say I am like the most passionate person out there, but I would say I have enough passion to take up as a hobby and nurture.

This Canon Powershot E1 was a birthday gift to to me last year. By people who play a big part in my life now. My family, friends and colleagues. It wouldn’t become a thing of the past, but I will still bring it along with me wherever I go, as it always had. For those wanting a good camera, I strongly suggest Canon Powershot. They have the ability to shoot great pictures, sometimes just like a semipro (I dare not say pro!).

And now enough of blabbering, I have to finish up my work as promised. (Made this promise so that I would limit myself from playing with my new toy too much)

I’m feeling as if FYP is coming back to haunt me!!

After adding Nuffnang Xchange and publishing the previous post, I felt like blogging again. At least this is positive. Nuffnang Xchange fits my blog so well, due to the white space available. So pretty! ???

What’s negative is that I had a terrible nightmare last night. It felt as if I was sucked in to it the moment I closed my eyes. And every min I tried opening my eyes, the pressure is present. Not sure of what I’m escaping from. Sorry people, I had monday blues today and the feeling sucks. Sucks to be in denial mode, that is a pretty terrible locked down feeling. I’m so lazyyy doh. Clearing my leave abit too soon. Haha.. Should have saved it for next month! Wee, I’m planning a holiday, not a big one tho but I’m actually looking forward to it! We are still thinking of where to go. But I’m thinking of somewhere cheap and relaxing. After having some recommendations from friends, I wouldn’t mind Batam..

I know this is not that awesome but sure is good enough at the moment.

P/S: Can’t believe I couldn’t find The Biggest Loser Season 5 in rapidshare. Am tryin my luck to torrent (hate it!) again. Will spend the rest of my day working and drama-ing.

P/P/S: I’m changing my blogskin again!! Some time.. soon…
